We are happy to see in the EMKE Office Building a senior representative of the insurance company having the longest history in Hungary. Tell us, please, which branch of your multifarious operations is represented in our Office Building?

A:

AEGON Magyarország Pénztárszolgáltató Rt., one of the most dynamically developing subsidiaries of AEGON Magyarország Általános Biztosító Zrt. has selected the EMKE Office Building as place for their operations. Our functions include the performance of administration in relation with the assets of 600,000 fund members exceeding HUF 280 bn, and with their premium payments and tax returns.

The list of your latest services available to your partners would certainly be interesting for our tenants.

A:

Our firm performs complex administration activities in the voluntary and in the private pension fund sector alike for the Funds of AEGON Hungary. From the entering of new members up to the payout of services all back-office activities are made here, we provide high-standard services to our partners through efficient and precise work.

AEGON Voluntary and Private Pension Fund is today one of the most dynamically developing funds in this country, which promises through the investment results achieved to date that its members will receive supplemental pensions representing serious value when they get retired.

The service provider takes efforts to lead the market. It was the first several years ago to implement automated customer service through 24 hours. Over many years, it was the only service provider to provide the technical background of optional portfolio pension fund products. We are also proud of our novel solutions through which we can represent the interests of our customers in the management of premium arrears as well! Due also to our size, we are one of the most efficient actors in the market, which serves, as a matter of course, for the best interest of our customers as well!

Q:
We have been informed that your firm provides much support to the Hungarian culture as well. Would you inform us about the details?

A: A part of the strategy of our parent company to assume social responsibility is to make our everyday more pleasant by supporting culture. Among many activities, the AEGON Art Award given this year to György Spíró, author of the novel Imprisonment has to be mentioned. The support given to the graphics exhibition organized on the occasion of the 400th anniversary of the Rembrandt’s birth has taken place almost simultaneously with our arrival. As a matter of course, we plan programs also for the autumn that will be based on the AEGON Art Award and Co-Award.
